AXJ Media is a creative content and social media agency working with brands in hospitality, wellness, beauty, and food & drink. Buck Rabbit partnered with the team to shape their digital presence across two major iterations of their website, aligning design and Webflow development with the evolution of the business.

Context:

AXJ Media needed a website that functioned as a commercial tool—not just a portfolio. Their offering spans content production, social media management, and influencer/creator campaigns, with a growing need to present work and services clearly across categories. The engagement began with a strategy session focused on understanding the business model, audience, and purpose of the site. A first version was designed and developed in Webflow, followed a year later by a full redesign as the agency’s positioning and services matured.

Constraints:

  • Multiple service lines with overlapping audience needs
  • A wide range of content formats (video, photography, UGC, campaigns) requiring a flexible CMS
  • A business undergoing active evolution, necessitating a structure that could adapt over time
  • Existing brand assets to respect, but with room for refinement in layout and hierarchy
  • A need for the website to support commercial qualification and reduce early-stage friction with prospects

Deliverables:

  • Initial business strategy and site framing aligned with AXJ Media’s commercial goals
  • First-iteration website design and full Webflow development
  • A complete second-iteration redesign a year later, informed by an additional strategy workshop
  • CMS architecture built for flexible content types across services, case studies, and campaigns
  • Modular components enabling the AXJ Media team to add, adjust, and reconfigure content
  • New features and incremental enhancements delivered on an ongoing basis
  • A Webflow implementation focused on clarity, performance, and long-term maintainability
